This isn’t our fitness retreat – it’s yours. Rather than simply booking in large groups to follow a set health and fitness programme during their stay, we take a different approach to fitness retreats at Chi of Life.

The reason why many people walk away from fitness and wellness retreats only to find themselves back in the same position weeks or months later is simply because the programme they undertook didn’t address their specific needs. However, when you come to us, you come to get real, lasting results.

When you attend a Chi of Life retreat, we make it our business to get to know you, your health conditions, your dietary preferences and allergies, your goals, your mindset, your family history, your current lifestyle, your level of fitness, your metabolism and your habits. We even conduct a blood analysis.

Using all of that insight and knowledge, our team of expert, certified personal trainers, practitioners and therapists can collaborate to create a programme designed specifically to help you reach your goals and elevate your health and wellbeing.

A Truly Self-Nourishing Break Away

Our personalised, individual programmes are delivered in the ideal environment for you to learn, exercise, re-energise and revitalise. Your fitness retreat takes place in a gated community in Queensland, surrounded by beaches and parks and your programme will include accommodation, your own personal coach and meals catered to your dietary and metabolic needs.

There will be group exercises sessions at various times of the day – you’ll partake in a minimum of 2 to 4 hours of group exercise each day as part of your retreat package; we’ll recommend the best activity for you to join based on your goals, health and fitness levels.

You’ll also join in on yoga sessions and have a nutritional and wellness consultation that includes live and dry blood analysis. You’ll receive oxygen therapy to improve your fat loss and improve your energy, attend talks on health and well-being and you’ll learn lots at our interactive cooking sessions. You will break old habits and create new habits through our transformation workshops with our NLP therapist. 

In your downtime, you can enjoy magnesium baths, time in our infrared saunas and swimming pools and you can enjoy sitting back in the sun lounges come evening time. You also have the option of going on bike rides and taking a swim. When it’s time to leave, you will depart with your own personal exercise and nutritional plan, complete with recipes to ensure long-term success.

Everything will be organised and arranged for you – we’ll even organise transfers to pick you up and drop you to Sunshine Coast airport. This is your time for self-nourishment, to reinvigorate your body and mind, to take your health and fitness to the level you deserve and it’s your time to empower yourself with the skills and knowledge to enjoy a better quality of life.
