The Chi of Life health retreat QLD offers you the opportunity to have a variety of amazing experiences.  You will enjoy morning walks on the beach and day trips to surrounding rainforests and Noosa National Park where you will experience one of the most beautiful National Park walks in the world.  Winding along the coastal track you can see whales, mantra rays and turtles and have a swim in the clear blue ocean.

Depending on your fitness level or health condition a program can be tailored to suit you and if unable to participate in all the group sessions personal training can be arranged for you – Gwen will be your Personal Coach to monitor your progress during your stay.  Your morning training sessions will be led by her team of highly professional fitness trainers. Gwen and one of our fitness trainers  will take you on a fun sporting exercise activity in the afternoon of either bike riding, tennis,  etc.

A typical morning session might look like this: Beach walk, increasing to short bursts of jog and some boxing.

We know that a one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss only produces inconsistent results, leading to frustration and loss of motivation. Any weight-loss diet will produce a short-term result, and there’s more to it than just exercise and food.

Our live and dry blood tests will determine your personal issues, so rather than treating the symptoms, you can treat the cause. This helps you achieve long-term, sustainable weight loss. We like to get to know our clients personally and enjoy a close working relationship, keeping you fully motivated and on track at all times.

I assess the ambitions of my guests prior to arrival and on arrival a quick fitness test.  Depending on the season and the length of stay a selection of the following scheduled activities are offered:
