Chi of Life fitness and weight loss health retreat Queensland offers you a secluded haven in a secure gated community so you can take time for yourself to nourish, exercise, learn and the opportunity to re-energise.


Surrounded by spectacular Sunshine Coast beaches and national parks, breath in the fresh air, and participate in an incredible selection of activities.

You will learn fitness and weight loss tips and have seminars on wellness to live a healthier life, reduce stress and enhance healthier longevity.

Chi of Life weight loss and wellness health retreat gives you the opportunity to explore try new activities and learn.

Your weekly program includes:

  • Accommodation
  • All Meals to your individual metabolic type (organic when possible)
  • Qualified Personal coach(Gwen) to monitor your progress
  • Minimum 2 to 4 hours group exercise per day
  • 2hr Group exercise session 6.30am Mon to Sat with fitness trainer –  session depends on your fitness, beach walk,  bootcamp, stairs and hill session, hiking or boxing
  • 45min Group exercise session 11am Mon to Sat with fitness trainer – Gym, pool or both
  • Yoga session on Wed and Sunday
  • 1.30hr afternoon group exercise session Mon to Sat with fitness trainer – bike ride, tennis, kayaks or gym session
  • One Nutritional consultation with Gwen
  • Live and dry blood analysis and wellness consultation
  • Assessment on arrival and departure
  • Live02 oxygen therapy

Your Daily Program:

Once your plane arrives at Maroochydore airport, Gwen will greet you and transfer you comfortably to the Retreat. If you are arriving at Brisbane Airport a local company provides a door to door shuttle. Please advise Gwen if you need to book the transfer and we can email a link to you. When travelling by car we have secure off street parking but please note there is no undercover parking.

Upon Arrival to the retreat you will be shown to your room and followed by an assessment of your weight and body measurements will be taken, Fitness assessment and as well as a blood pressure test. Green smoothie (snack) is provided after your fitness assessment, followed by lunch, welcome presentation talk and your day ends with a chakra meditation session with Darren and Dinner your day ends around 6.30pm. Please make sure you have a nourishing breakfast on the morning of your arrival as your first snack wont be until around 10 to 11am.

Then it’s down to business. A typical day at the retreat might be:

  • 6.30am Begin day with a beach walk
  • Energizing fresh organic green smoothie
  • Group activity e.g. walk, boxing, mountain climb, beach boot camp
  • Stretch
  • Breakfast – Superfood berry protein shake or cooked breakfast on alt days
  • Relax or oxy chi machine or sauna or therapy session
  • Group exercise session
  • Lunch
  • Weight loss/wellbeing talk
  • Relax
  • Group exercise session
  • Relax or therapy session
  • Dinner
