Working with our extensive expert team of nutritionists, chefs, health and wellness coaches, NLP therapists, reiki masters, yoga and fitness instructors, you will embark on a thorough education in nutrition, mindset, mental wellbeing, stress management and exercise.

Food and Nutrition

Nutrition plays such a significant role in your overall health and wellbeing, and that’s why it is a key pillar of our programmes. Through blood testing and nutritional consultations, we can uncover any underlying health issues and your nutritional metabolic type which in turn will uncover which foods you should and should be eating.

Our chefs will then prepare meal plans to meet your needs, incorporating your food preferences or nutritional practices, e.g. Vegan, Vegetarian etc. They will teach you how to prepare the right meals for your nutritional needs in live cooking demos and provide you with take-home recipes so you can continue your nutritional plan at home.

Mindset and Mental Wellbeing

Another integral “branch” of our retreat programmes is to empower to understand and maintain optimum mental and spiritual health. You will attend one-to-one sessions with our NLP therapists to learn about any behaviours, experiences or attitudes which may be holding you back or impacting your health and wellbeing. 

We will teach you the tools to overcome these mental barriers and our mindset and positive healing classes will empower you with the skills and confidence to maintain a positive outlook, no matter the challenges you face. You will also learn how to de-stress and relax through yoga and meditations sessions.

Physical Activity

Embracing physical activity is critical to achieving optimal health and wellness, whatever your goals. During your Chi of Life retreat, our team will advise on the best activities for you to try, based on their knowledge of your goals, health and fitness levels. We run an extensive range of activities, providing you with prime opportunity to sample and find the physical activity you most enjoy and want to continue for the long term. Activities range from watersports to Pilates, aqua aerobics, to gym work, walking to cycling, tennis to hiking, Zumba to swimming and more.
