Deposits & Payments
To secure your booking a small deposit of 25% of the total package is required within 3 days after making a tentative booking. Deposit is paid by credit card, no surcharge on deposits.
If no payment is received within this time your tentative booking is automatically released.
The balance is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

All payments, including deposits are non-refundable.
Reservations postponed due to unforeseen circumstances more than 14 days in advance of your arrival may be rescheduled within 12 months from the date of payment.
A Reservation may be transferred to another person to be used within the 12 months.
All payments: (including deposits) are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled or postponed: more than fourteen (14) days in advance of your arrival are fully transferable and must be used within 12 months from the date of payment.
Postponements: from fourteen (14) days of your planned arrival date will result in 50% of your deposit being forfeited and the balance can be used for rebooking within 12mths of the original booking. This applies to all methods of payments, including reservations confirmed via phone, internet & post.
Early departures: If you are unable to continue for any reason you will forfeit the remainder of your program. No refunds are given on the remaining days that you dont attend, no refunds on any of the services. No exceptions as your place has been resevered for you and on late notice your spot cannot be replaced with another booking.
Illness or injury: If you are unable to continue for any reason you will forfeit the remainder of your program. Any extension to your program for time missed due to injuries or health reasons is the responsibility of the guest and rebooking is at the full price no discountsaare given on misssed days. an additional cost to the guest. The program is non-transferable to another person once the program has been commenced by the assigned guest.
Please do not bring valuable items with you.
Management and/or the staff will not be held responsible for any breakage, loss or theft of personal items.
We are committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service, and this includes protecting your privacy. The information we collect is only accessed by employees or third party providers who assist us.
Information will not be disclosed to any other party unless prior agreement is sought from you.
Subject to any non-excludable statutory provisions, neither Gwenda Stewart nor any of its contractors shall be liable for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage of any kind, whether due to accident, defect, and negligence or from any other cause whatsoever, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations to the contrary are excluded.
