Ready to begin your weight loss and wellness journey at CHi of Life? Here’s what you’ll need to bring along when you arrive.

  • 1 Pair of training shoes
  • 1 Pair of old training shoes for the beach

  • Small back pack
  • 2 Water bottles

  • Hat/cap
  • Wet weather jacket (we train in the rain)

  • Casual clothing for dinner/evenings

Gwens Tips:
I would recommend bringing a one litre water bottle and holder that fits around your waist. Try a sports store or camping store but I have found that it is hard to find and an easier option is to buy online google caribee waist bottle holder or Nathan triangle flask holder.
Insect repellent  I would recommend ordering “Yamate X Strong” online before you arrive and is very safe and organic go to www.loveoilco.com/products.
I believe hiking shoes are not essential as the Noosa National Park hike has a fairly good quality terrain and your normal training shoes will do.
Workout clothing, please bring whatever you are comfortable training in depending on the season e.g. during summer you will need a long sleeve top to protect you from the sun especially in the pool. Don’t worry too much about fashion our guests dress for comfort not a fashion show.
Toiletries, we provide body wash and hair dryers.
Wet weather jacket, would suggest one with hood buy from sports or camping store as always good to have just in case.
Back pack, you will only need a small bag for your hike to carrying insect repellent, sun block, water and snack.
I would also bring thongs to wear down to the beach for your early morning barefoot walk on the sand.
Pack a light comfy top during summer as the nights can get cool and during colder months bring warm clothing as nights are cold and I have found that during the detox your body temperature is lower and you will feel the coldness especially if coming from up north.
During winter please bring slippers or house socks but please make sure non slip on tiled floor and can be quite cold in winter as we have a no exercise shoes policy in the house.
Sun block, bring water resistant 30+ or 50+ the sun is quite strong during summer but is also needed in cooler months.
